Baking a cake is actually not hard as other people perceive it to be. It may be done in a couple of minutes depending on the recipe, of course. Baking, however, requires you some confidence and skills to come up with something “eatable”.
One of the most common cake we fine in every occasion is the Chiffon Cake. It entails less money and not too complicated to make. Also, it can be of any shape — round shape, square, rectangle, etc. but the procedure and ingredients in making one are kind of similar.
So, how do you make a simple/ordinary chiffon cake? First, decide on what’s the going to be the shape of your baking pan and grease it with a little bit of butter or oil.
Here’s the ingredients you need to prepare:
2 cups sifted Cake Flour
1 cup sugar
6-7 pcs of eggs (separate the egg yolks from egg whites)
1/2 cup Royal True Orange or Anything similar (orange rind is recommended)
1/2 cup oil
1/3 cup sugar for the meringue (stiffly beaten eggwhite)
1/2 tsp cream of tartar (still for the meringue)
