I came across this recipe back when I was in high school. We baked it for our prom night so this brownies recipe is kind of memorable to me. (No, not because of the prom but because we baked a LOT of this. We baked a lot of this good for more or less 300 people, if my memory serves me right).
This recipe below is good for a couple of people only. Maybe around 10 people will do. But notice that the sugar used here is 500 grams white granulated sugar and then another 500 grams of brown sugar. You have at least a kilo of sugar all in all in this recipe plus 500 grams of cake flour. So, if you think this recipe is too much for your family or guests, you can make just half of the recipe. Just be sure of the consistency so that if you only want half of the 500 grams granulated white sugar, all the rest should be in halves as well. The best thing to do is to ready all the ingredients in a bowl so nothing is left behind or forgotten when baking.
Anyway, I’m sharing this recipe because I loved it. Hope you enjoy it, too!
